On the 12th and 13th of February at the Oriol Rossell Wine Garden we enjoyed a truffle workshop by the master truffle maker Raúl Llena (Mas de Malé Trufas). The workshop included an introduction to the world of truffles, recipe ideas and tasting. The proposal was a great success and encourages us to continue offering events and activities in the future.
