BEACH ROSÉ

Rosé wine from several varieties: the Syrah comes from the Manou vineyard, with calcareous soil and a sandy loam texture; the Grenache Noir, from the Pou vineyard, with calcareous soil and a silty loam texture.

Variety: Syrah and black grenache.

Aging: 2 months in storage.

Production : Harvest in a vibrating trailer and selection of grapes on a selection table. Short maceration of the grapes to obtain the necessary pale color, in the Provençal style.
