BEACH ROSÉ

A blend of various varieties; Shiraz from the Masnou vineyard with chalky soil and a sandy-loam texture, red Granache from the Pou vineyard also with chalky soil and a sandy-loam texture.

Varieties: Shiraz and red Granache.

Ageing: 2 months in vats.

Production : Harvested in vibrating trailers followed by
further manual selection in the cellar. Short maceration to obtain the pale tones in the Provençal style.
