The Rossell family has carefully preserved, over the years, hundreds of bottles from the finest vintages of RESERVA DE LA PROPIETAT cava—bottles that have not been disgorged and that have undergone a long aging process in the cellars for more than twelve years. This is an extraordinary cava, a reflection of timeless craftsmanship, the family’s most closely guarded pride, and one that we are thrilled to share with all of you. It is presented in an individual case or in a wooden box of three bottles, with the possibility of tasting different vintages.
Variety: Xarel·lo and Macabeo
Sugar: Residual, brut nature
Aging: Minimum of 12 years
Production: Hand-harvested in 20 kg boxes and carefully sorted on selection tables. Fermentation and subsequent six-month aging of 10% Xarel·lo grapes in French oak barrels. Clarified in a bench and manually disgorged.

BRUT NATURE RESERVA
Cava made with the three traditional Penedès varieties: Xarel·lo, Macabeu and Parellada. The grapes come from different vineyards on the estate. Aged for a minimum of 20 months. Grapes harvested with a vibrating trailer and then selected on the selection table. After fermentation, we age for three months with their lees in the tank. Manual thinning in a bench.

RESERVA DE LA PROPIETAT
The winery’s iconic cava, a single-varietal Xarel lo. The grapes come from the old vineyard of Les Cerveres, planted in 1974. Brut nature cava with a minimum of 60 months of aging. Manual harvest in 20 kg boxes and grapes chosen on a selection table. Corked. Fermentation and aging for six months, of 10% of the grapes, in 300 liter French oak barrels. Clarified in a bench and manually disgorged.

RESERVA DE LA PROPIETAT ROSAT
Single-varietal Pinot noir cava from the Pou vineyard, with calcareous soil and silty texture. Short pruning and thinning of 30% of the grapes in mid-July, during the verolada. Aged for a minimum of 42 months. Manual harvest with 20 kg boxes and grapes selected on a selection table. Light maceration of the must with the skins before fermentation. Manual thinning in a bench.
