MITIC 1908 GRAN RESERVA

The year 1908 was a legendary year for the family: it was the year in which the new modernist-style winery was built. This cava is the great classic of Oriol Rossell, made with the two most traditional varieties of the estate. The Xarel·lo is from the vineyard called Les Cerveres, with calcareous loamy soil, and the Macabeu comes from the oldest vineyard of Cal Cassanyes, La Sínia, planted in 1959 and with calcareous sandy loamy soil.

Sugar: Residual, brut nature
Aging: A minimum of 36 months.
Preparation: Manual harvest with a 500 kg wagon. Grapes selected on a selection table. After fermentation, the wines are aged on their lees for four months.
Clarified in a bench.
