Aging: A minimum of 42 months.
Preparation: Manual harvest with 20 kg boxes and grapes selected on a selection table. Light maceration of the must with the skins before fermentation.

Cava made with the three traditional Penedès varieties: Xarel·lo, Macabeu and Parellada. The grapes come from different vineyards on the estate. Aged for a minimum of 20 months. Grapes harvested with a vibrating trailer and then selected on the selection table. After fermentation, we age for three months with their lees in the tank. Manual thinning in a bench.

Cava made with Grenache and Pinot Noir from the Pou vineyard, on calcareous soil with a loamy texture and the presence of clay. Aged for a minimum of 12 months. Grapes harvested with a vibrating trailer and selected on a selection table. We do a short maceration in the press to obtain the aromas and preserve the necessary color. Manual thinning in a bench.
