Rosé wine from several varieties: the Syrah comes from the Manou vineyard, with calcareous soil and a sandy loam texture; the Grenache Noir, from the Pou vineyard, with calcareous soil and a silty loam texture.
Variety: Syrah and Grenache Noir.
Ageing: 2 months in tank.
Preparation: Harvested in a vibrating trailer and selected grapes on a selection table. Short maceration of the grapes to obtain the necessary pale color, in the Provençal style.

VALENTINO
Minimal intervention wine, single-varietal Xarel•lo from the Seneco vineyard. Sparkling wine, without any additives and fermented with wild yeasts. It does not contain added sulfites or any other products.

ENRIQUETA
Minimal intervention white wine made 100% with Macabeu from the Les Alzines vineyard, from calcareous soil with a clay loam texture. To achieve the desired degree, the grapes are left to ripen on the vine. Once harvested by hand, the grapes are pressed using the traditional method of trampling and a foot of vat in the same vineyard. Fermented with wild yeasts and aged for 3 months in barrels. No additives are added during the production process.
