Production: Once harvested by hand, the grapes are pressed using the traditional method of trampling and a foot of vatting in the same vineyard. Fermented with wild yeasts. No additives are added during the production process.

EL CARRO GROS
Red wine from three varieties: Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Fermented in 300-liter deep barrels, without adding selected yeasts and using manual pigeage.
