EL CARRO GROS
Red wine from three varieties: Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Fermented in 300-liter deep barrels, without adding selected yeasts and using manual pigeage. Maceration for twenty days and subsequent aging for 16 months in French oak barrels and a minimum of 12 months in bottle. The wine is not filtered before bottling. Microvinification.

ENRIQUETA
Minimal intervention white wine made 100% with Macabeu from the Les Alzines vineyard, from calcareous soil with a clay loam texture. To achieve the desired degree, the grapes are left to ripen on the vine. Once harvested by hand, the grapes are pressed using the traditional method of trampling and a foot of vat in the same vineyard. Fermented with wild yeasts and aged for 3 months in barrels. No additives are added during the production process.
