ROCAPLANA

Lightened between 10 and 15% of the grapes during the grape harvest. Aged for 8 months in French oak barrels and a minimum of 6 months in bottle.

OU DE PAÓ
Price range: 16.80€ through 100.80€Minimal intervention white wine made 100% with Xarel•lo from the Virolet vineyard, planted on calcareous soils with a sandy loam texture. Fermented and aged for 6 months with the lees in a natural cement tank in the shape of an egg, which favors constant batonnage thanks to its geometric design, enhancing the purest expression of the variety and the terroir. Vinification with wild yeasts and in small volumes (microvinification).

ENRIQUETA
Price range: 16.80€ through 100.80€Minimal intervention white wine made 100% with Macabeu from the Les Alzines vineyard, from calcareous soil with a clay loam texture. To achieve the desired degree, the grapes are left to ripen on the vine. Once harvested by hand, the grapes are pressed using the traditional method of trampling and a foot of vat in the same vineyard. Fermented with wild yeasts and aged for 3 months in barrels. No additives are added during the production process.

VALENTINO
