CAVA BRUT NATURE RESERVA

Blend of the three traditional Penedès varieties: Xarel·lo is the predominant one, followed by Macabeo and a little Parellada is added. The grapes come from different vineyards on the estate and the soils are calcareous with loamy and sandy textures.

Varieties: Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada.

Sugar : Residual, brut nature.

Ageing: A minimum of 20 months

Production : Grapes harvested with a vibrating trailer and then selected on the selection table. After fermentation, we age for three months with their lees in the tank. Manual thinning in a bench.
