CAVA BRUT ROSÉ

Blend of two varieties: Grenache and Pinot Noir. The pinot noir and garnacha come from the vineyard called El Pou, with calcareous soil with a silty texture and the presence of clay.

Varieties: Grenache and Pinot Noir.

Sugar: 6 g/l, brut.

Ageing : More than 12 months

Production : Grapes harvested with a vibrating trailer and selected on a selection table. We carry out a short maceration in the press to obtain the aromas and preserve the necessary color.
