CAVA MÍTIC 1908

The year 1908 was a legendary year for the family: it was the year in which the new modernist-style winery was built. This cava is the great classic of Oriol Rossell, made with the two most traditional varieties of the estate. The Xarel·lo comes from the vineyard called Les Cerveres, with calcareous loamy soil, and the Macabeu comes from the oldest vineyard in Cal Cassanyes, La Sínia, planted in 1959 and with calcareous sandy loamy soil.

Ageing: A minimum of 36 months.

Production : Manual harvest with a 500 kg cart. Grapes chosen on a selection table. After fermentation, the wines are aged on their lees for four months.
