CAVA RESERVA DE LA PROPIETAT

The winery’s iconic cava, a single-varietal Xarel·lo. The grapes come from the old vineyard of Les Cerveres, planted in 1974 and on calcareous soil with a loamy texture.

Variety: 100% Xarel·lo

Sugar : Residual, brut nature.

Ageing: A minimum of 60 months

Production : Manual harvest in 20 kg boxes and grapes chosen on a selection table. Corked release. Fermentation and aging for six months, of 10% of the grapes, in 300-liter French oak barrels. Clarified in a bench and manually decanted.
