Monovarietal Pinot Noir from the Pou vineyard, with calcareous soil and loamy texture. Short pruning and thinning of 30% of the grapes in mid-July, during the verolada.

Variety : 100 % pinot noir

Sugar : 6 g/l

Ageing: A minimum of 42 months.

Production : Manual harvest with 20 kg boxes and grapes selected on a selection table. Light maceration of the must with the skins before fermentation.
