EL CARRO GROS

Wine of three varieties: the Syrah comes from the Manou vineyard, planted on a slope in poor limestone soil with a franco-sorrenca texture; the Cabernet Sauvignon is from the vineyard called La Rasa, with limestone soil with a franco-sorrenca texture, and the Merlot is grown in the Pallissa vineyard, with limestone soil with a franco-sorrenca texture. Short Royat pruning. Lightening of 15% of the grapes during the verol.

Varieties : Syrah, cabernet sauvignon and merlot.

Aging: 16 months in French oak barrels and a minimum of 12 in the bottle.

Production : Fermentation in 300-liter deep barrels, without adding yeast and using manual pigeage. Maceration for twenty days and subsequent aging in French oak barrels. The wine is not filtered before bottling.
