The Rossell family has kept, for years, hundreds of bottles of the best harvests of RESERVA DE LA PROPIETAT cava, bottles that have not been disgorged and that have been aged in the cellars for more than twelve years. It is an extraordinary cava, a reflection of timeless work, the most secret pride of the family and one that we are excited to share with all of you. It is presented in an individual case or in a wooden box of three bottles and with the possibility of tasting different vintages.

Varieties : Xarel·lo and macabeu.

Sugar : Residual, brut nature.

Criança : Un mínim de 12 anys.

Production : Manual harvest in 20 kg boxes and grapes chosen on a selection table. Fermentation and subsequent aging for six months, 10% Xarel·lo grapes, in French oak barrels.
Clarified in a bench and manually disgorged.
