XINO XANO RED

A wine made from two varieties: the Merlot from the Pallissa vineyard with chalky soil and a sandy-loam texture, and Shiraz from the Masnou vineyard, also with chalky soil and a sandy-loam texture.

Varieties: Merlot and Shiraz.

Ageing: A young wine with a short ageing in French oak barrels.

Production : Harvested in vibrating trailers followed by further manual selection in the cellar. Pre-fermented cold maceration for 72 hours. Fermentation and maceration of the must with the skins for 12 days.
